University level teaching equipment

TIMS is a teaching system for university level telecommunications and signal processing courses at undergraduate, graduate and higher levels. It provides electronics engineering students with practical experience in modelling telecommunications theory and techniques.

Being an open ended system, TIMS allows the lecturer to demonstrate any analog or digital modulation or coding technique. The performance of traditional electronic circuits can also be compared and contrasted with Digital Signal Processing (DSP) techniques.
