KR-102 Refrigerator Training System
Description
The design principle of KR-102 is to train students the refrigerator circuit, system processing, welding copper tube, and other related skills. This device uses the actual fridge modification, and with installation by safety plug terminals. There are three low pressure and one high pressure manual valves from the system for convenience welding and refrigeration process exercises.List of Experiments
1. Copper process
(1) Pipe cutting exercise
(2) The tube flaring making practice
(3) The tube overlap making practice
(4) Elbow exercises
(5) Sealed tube exercises2. Copper tube welding operation
Specify the location of the tube welding practice by silver soldering, brazing, aluminum
welding with nitrogen flow, use oxyacetylene, Soldering Guns , hydroxide flame etc.3. Refrigerator system processing
Refrigerant processing program exercises, including a pressurized leak detection, steady
pressure, vacuum, filling refrigerants and other exercises.4. Circuit processing
(1) Electrical component testing
(2) the circuit connection and inspection5. Refrigerator running test
